Download FormYes on 45 – Building a More Affordable California has been primarily formed to qualify and pass the Building an Affordable California Act. Contributions of any amount may be accepted from any source other than foreign principals.
Contributions to Yes on 45 – Building a More Affordable California are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Contributors to California state and local political committees, including Yes on 45 – Building a More Affordable California, of $10,000 or more in a calendar year will trigger their own campaign disclosure obligations.
